HTMA consults

If you have a health condition/ symptoms that you are unable to get to the bottom of or you would like to learn  natural ways of managing, doing a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is an ideal way to get started!

A HTMA is a safe, non-invasive, and affordable pathology test measuring the levels and comparative ratios of more than 35 nutrient and toxic minerals found in hair. It is one of the most valuable screening tools revealing health information often not indicated in standard blood and urine tests. It helps to uncover distinct patterns that clinically correlate to many health conditions and provides the basis for understanding your individual metabolic pattern.

From this report, we are able to develop a detailed analysis which highlights the metabolic functions of the body along with important ratios of minerals governing the thyroid, adrenals, and immune system, amongst others. Once understanding how your body is expressing its unique stress pattern via the HTMA, we begin to unravel how the stress of your life has caused mineral dis-regulation which lead to these symptoms. The focus is then to educate you on how to provide your body with the right balance of vitamins and minerals so you activate your body’s innate ability to heal itself – its “self-healing intelligence.

You will be empowered with a deeper understanding and self-determination over your health which will ultimately enable you to achieve a better quality of life.

An analysis and consult package (75-90 minutes) is offered over Skype, as well as separate coaching sessions that can be purchased in 1 hour blocks. They can also be divided up into smaller ‘mini-sessions’ if required. This ensures that you have ongoing coaching and support on your health journey and is incredibly valuable.
